A clear scope makes for a faster, safer service. These are the practical details customers usually need before booking.
Still working through the details?
What types of liquid waste do you handle?
We handle septic effluent, grease trap waste, sludge, slurry, sediment, stormwater, sump and pit water, and many non-hazardous industrial process liquids. Hazardous waste requires specialist assessment and handling in line with local regulations.
Do you clean grease traps and septic tanks?
Yes. We pump and clean grease traps, empty and desludge septic tanks, and can provide post-cleaning inspections and reports.
How far in advance should I book?
Allow 3–7 days for regular maintenance and 1–2 weeks for larger or specialised jobs. Same-day emergency response may be available depending on location and crew capacity.
How is pricing determined?
Quotes account for waste type and volume, site access, distance to an approved disposal point, and any additional cleaning or reporting required. The scope is agreed before work begins.
How is collected waste disposed of?
Collected material is transported in sealed tankers and coordinated for disposal at approved treatment facilities in line with relevant environmental and health requirements.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance?
Yes. Monthly, quarterly and half-yearly plans can include priority booking, reminders, inspections, service reporting and disposal documentation where required.
What information is needed for a quote?
Please provide the site address, waste type, estimated tank or pit size, access restrictions, preferred timing, and the on-site contact details.
Are emergency and weekend services available?
Emergency and after-hours support may be available at a premium rate, subject to crew capacity and site location.
